RangeCraft accepts authorized returns of eligible equipment. Contact us before shipping a return so we can arrange the return service.

Voluntary returns

Request a voluntary return within 4 days of delivery. Equipment must be new and unused. There is no restocking fee for approved returns.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 days after the returned equipment is received and inspected. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact us promptly with your order reference and details. The voluntary return window and new/unused conditions do not limit mandatory consumer rights or remedies for faulty, misdescribed or undelivered goods.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Statutory rights to repair, replacement, refund or compensation, where applicable, remain available independently of our voluntary returns policy.
