RangeCraft Livestock Systems accepts return and exchange requests for eligible new products in the United States and Canada under the conditions below.

Return Window

Return or exchange requests must be made within 4 days of receiving your order. Contact our team within this period to request authorization and instructions.

Product Condition

Products must be new and unused. Items that have been used, installed, modified, or damaged after delivery are not eligible under this policy.

Products We Accept

We accept return requests for both defective and non-defective products when the product meets the condition requirements and the request is made within the 4-day window. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photos where possible.

Return Method

Returns and exchanges are handled in person at our designated location. Please contact us before visiting so we can confirm eligibility and provide instructions. Do not bring or ship an item back without authorization. Customers in Canada should contact us before making travel arrangements to confirm the in-person return process available to them.

Restocking Fees

There is no restocking fee for approved returns.
